Job Summary 

WINTrio LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to support Federal reporting, business intelligence, performance measurement, and data-driven decision making across mission-critical programs. 

This role focuses on transforming raw data into meaningful insights through dashboards, reports, data visualization, and analytical reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with program managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to develop executive-level reporting products that improve operational visibility, compliance tracking, and strategic decision-making. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with business intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau, advanced SQL capabilities, and experience supporting Federal reporting and performance management initiatives. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop interactive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms. 
  • Query, analyze, transform, and validate data from relational databases, cloud platforms, APIs, spreadsheets, and enterprise systems. 
  • Design key performance indicators (KPIs), performance metrics, and reporting frameworks aligned with Federal program objectives. 
  • Support Federal reporting requirements, including operational reporting, compliance tracking, executive dashboards, audit reporting, and performance measurement. 
  • Clean, validate, standardize, and prepare datasets for reporting and visualization. 
  • Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, anomaly detection, statistical analysis, and business performance assessments. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective dashboards and analytical solutions. 
  • Automate recurring reports, scheduled data refreshes, and reporting workflows to improve operational efficiency. 
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and governance across reporting environments. 
  • Develop technical documentation, data dictionaries, report specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical teams, program leadership, and executive stakeholders. 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting capabilities, business intelligence, and organizational decision-making. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or performance analytics. 
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence platforms. 
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying relational databases. 
  • Experience working with structured datasets, relational databases, and enterprise reporting environments. 
  • Experience developing dashboards, executive reports, and performance metrics. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

  • Familiarity with Federal data governance, compliance reporting, or performance management frameworks. 
  • Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional program teams. 

Work Environment 

  • Full-time position. 
  • Remote within the United States. 
  • Standard business hours Monday through Friday. 
  • Occasional travel may be required in support of customer meetings, program reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
