Job Summary

WINTrio LLC is seeking a Change Manager II to support user adoption of a modernized federal survey data collection platform. This role plans and delivers training and change management activities, supporting a smooth transition from a legacy system to a new platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop change management plans supporting adoption across web, mobile, and voice based channels
  • Coordinate training delivery for agency staff and field representatives
  • Prepare user facing documentation and knowledge transfer materials
  • Identify stakeholder impacts and develop mitigation strategies for transition risks
  • Support communication planning between the project team and agency stakeholders
  • Assist with operational readiness and cutover planning activities
  • Gather user feedback during testing phases to inform training content

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in organizational change management or training delivery
  • Experience supporting technology transitions in federal or regulated environments
  • Experience developing training materials and documentation for end users
  • Strong communication skills supporting cross functional coordination
  • Familiarity with federal accessibility requirements for training materials is a plus
  • Must be eligible for a NACI background investigation

Technical Skills and Tools

  • Change Management: stakeholder analysis, adoption planning, communication strategy
  • Training: curriculum design, instructional materials, knowledge transfer
  • Documentation: SOPs, user guides, training manuals
  • Collaboration Tools: SharePoint, JIRA, Microsoft Project Central Suite
  • Recommended Certifications (not mandatory): Prosci Change Management Certification

Work Environment

  • Full time position
  • Remote eligible
  • Standard business hours Monday through Friday
  • No travel required
