Job Summary
WINTrio LLC is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications supporting Federal agencies and mission-critical programs.
This role is responsible for building modern web applications across front-end, back-end, API, and database layers using Microsoft .NET technologies, Blazor, and cloud-native development practices. The successful candidate will collaborate with solution architects, DevSecOps engineers, cloud engineers, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to modernize legacy applications and deliver secure, accessible, and resilient software solutions.
The ideal candidate possesses strong experience with .NET Core, C#, Blazor, RESTful APIs, SQL databases, cloud platforms, and modern software development methodologies within Agile environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, Blazor, and modern web technologies.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using Blazor, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and related front-end technologies.
- Design, build, document, and maintain RESTful APIs, Web APIs, and microservices supporting enterprise applications and system integrations.
- Develop back-end business services, application logic, and integration components using .NET technologies.
- Integrate applications with relational databases, enterprise APIs, cloud services, and third-party systems.
- Support modernization of legacy applications into cloud-native, service-oriented, or microservices-based architectures.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and identity management solutions.
- Develop unit tests, integration tests, automated testing scripts, and quality assurance processes to improve software reliability.
- Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and secure software delivery practices.
- Perform application performance tuning, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Develop software in accordance with secure coding practices, OWASP guidelines, Section 508 accessibility requirements, and Federal application development standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, API documentation, and software implementation guides.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in full stack software development.
- Strong experience developing applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
- Understanding of Agile software development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience supporting enterprise application development and modernization initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience working within DevSecOps, Agile, or CI/CD software delivery environments.
- Familiarity with Federal cybersecurity, secure software development, and compliance requirements.
Work Environment
- Full-time position.
- Remote within the United States.
- Standard business hours Monday through Friday.
- Occasional travel may be required in support of customer meetings, sprint planning sessions, technical workshops, and program activities.
