Job Summary
WINTrio LLC is seeking an experienced Web Developer to build, maintain, and enhance public websites, student portals, and digital support experiences for a Federal Government program.
The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development experience, Salesforce Experience Cloud expertise, accessibility knowledge, web analytics experience, and familiarity with structured development and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain public websites, student portals, and support pages using Salesforce Experience Cloud and Digital Experiences.
- Develop Lightning Web Components, custom pages, templates, forms, and reusable web components.
- Maintain content aligned with academic catalogs, admissions, enrollment, and program updates.
- Ensure Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance through testing, remediation, and documentation.
- Develop responsive, high-performing web experiences optimized for low-bandwidth environments.
- Configure and maintain Digital Analytics Program, Google Analytics, or comparable web analytics.
- Support landing pages, campaign forms, email templates, and subscription management.
- Build Tier 0 self-service content, FAQs, knowledge articles, and chatbot-supported pages.
- Support Salesforce Education Cloud migration activities.
- Move web content and code through sandbox, testing, staging, and Production environments.
- Collaborate with Salesforce, data, marketing, and student support teams.
- Automate repetitive development, publishing, and deployment processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of web or web application development experience.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
- Experience with responsive design and performance optimization.
- Experience with content management or web publishing platforms.
- Experience implementing and reporting on web analytics.
- Experience moving code and content through staged environments to Production.
- Experience working in Agile teams using Jira or comparable tools.
- Strong testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to automate manual processes.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain favorable Federal Public Trust suitability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Experience Cloud or Digital Experiences experience.
- Lightning Web Components experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder.
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certification.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or comparable Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Higher education web or student portal experience.
- React, Angular, or Vue experience.
- Accessibility tools such as axe, WAVE, JAWS, or NVDA.
- Digital Analytics Program or Google Analytics experience.
- Git and version-controlled deployment workflows.
- Prior Federal Government or federal contracting experience.

Work Environment
- Full-time, fully remote position.
- Work supports a Federal Government program.
- Standard hours are expected to align with U.S. business hours.
- Video participation is expected for interviews, standups, sprint ceremonies, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Occasional after-hours support may be required for releases or deployments.
- All work must be performed within the United States.
