About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Professional / Paralegal to support a federal healthcare program focused on hearing and appeals operations. This position involves legal reviews, medical record analysis, and policy interpretation related to healthcare claims, provider disputes, and program compliance.

Key Responsibilities

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team supporting a major federal healthcare program initiative. The ideal candidate will hold PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and have at least 5 years of managing complex projects, including cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and schedule/budget oversight. Serve as the program manager typically responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managing teams of Contractor personnel at multiple locations. Provide overall direction of program activities. Manage and maintain Contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer’s organization. Consult with customer and Contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations. Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show the progress of projects to management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and assume the initiative and provide support to marketing personnel in identifying and acquiring potential business.
The Contractor Program Manager duties include, but are not limited to:
a. Representing the Contractor as point-of-contact for the PCO to help resolve issues and perform other functions that may arise relating to the contract and task orders under the contract.
b. Promoting the CIO-SP4 contract to the Federal Government through participation in trade shows, conferences, and other meetings where Federal Government has a significant presence.
c. Promoting Contractor identity as NITAAC CIO-SP4 contract holder by using the NITAAC CIO–SP4 logo in advertising, placing these identifiers in printed and in on-line communications, displaying CIO-SP4 promotional placards and disseminating NITAAC CIO-SP4 marketing materials.
d. Appropriate use of the NITAAC CIO-SP4 logo in advertisements directed to Federal Government contract use is acceptable, provided that the advertisement does not state or imply that the product or service is endorsed or preferred by the Government.
e. Educating and training Contractor staff to ensure that they can effectively communicate with existing and potential customers regarding the technical scope, the value, and the benefits of the CIO-SP4 GWAC.
f. Providing all reporting information required under the contract accurately and in a timely manner.
g. Attending meetings and conferences, as required; and,
h. Serving as the primary focal point within the Contractor’s organization on all matters pertaining to this contract.
