This requirement supports one of our federal clients. This role requires a senior hands-on technical resource capable of supporting application development, database engineering, integration troubleshooting, and operational maintenance across multiple environments.

Job Summary: As a Qlik Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders and data teams to translate business requirements into effective QlikView and Qlik Sense applications. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and insightful dashboards, ensuring data quality and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of data integration and data platform solutions
  • Design and develop QlikView and Qlik Sense dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for data integration, ETL/ELT, automation, monitoring, and data quality
  • Optimize Qlik applications for performance and usability.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all BI solutions.
  • Conduct testing and validation of Qlik applications.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Qlik solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, including leading teams and delivering scalable data platforms
  • Strong experience designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines and expert-level SQL skills
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, relational databases, and application development

Tools and Preferred Qualifications:

  • QlikView, Qlik Sense, Data modeling, ETL, Data visualization, Performance optimization, Dashboarding
