Position Description:
Key requirements are software development knowledge, automation, DevOps, and ITSM. Developer must develop workarounds for issues that cannot be immediately resolved, monitor system operations, perform system maintenance, and assist users in application functionality. Some of the support aspects can User application assistance, Account provisioning/deactivation, User account management, Password Reset, Log-in support, Open/close and escalate tickets, and Tier 1 troubleshooting. Other Systems Admin and DevOps responsibilities include:
- AWS Console identity and access management
- Server account management and Server configuration management
- Account management for O&M tools and server patching
- Monitor and manage all environments, along with systems monitoring and performance
- Monitor and manage Enterprise Cloud activities
- AWS accounts and environments provisioning
- O&M activities (OS and app patching, security scans, tickets management, subscriptions, etc.)
