Location: Hybrid (Washington DC and Remote)
US Citizenship is required for this role.
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and the ServiceNow suite of products.

The Senior Developer responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- A minimum of Seven years of demonstrated experience with IT Service Management (ITSM).
- At least five years of experience with the ServiceNow suite of products.
- A minimum of two years of experience with ServiceNow Workflows.
- At least five years of experience in application development.
- A minimum of five years of experience in designing and creating software applications.
- At least five years of experience in automating workflows and IT tasks.
- A minimum of five years of experience working with ticketing systems by ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- At least five years of demonstrated experience in customizing features related to IT workflows and ISM modules.
